1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 777hd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777hd website and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services available at https://777hd.vip. By accessing the 777hd platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You are registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not a person who has previously been excluded from the 777hd platform, whether through self-exclusion or operator exclusion.
• You are not depositing funds sourced from illegal activity, and you will use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

2.2 Account Registration and Accuracy

When registering your 777hd account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. The following account rules apply:

• Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If 777hd detects multiple accounts registered to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Your account credentials (mobile number, username, password) are personal to you and must not be shared with or disclosed to any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• 777hd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

777hd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and other promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are wagered first before bonus funds are used, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• A maximum of one active welcome bonus per player applies. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including via duplicate accounts — is prohibited.
• 777hd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit at any time if it reasonably suspects that the bonus is being misused, exploited, or claimed in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games specified in each promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• 777hd reserves the right to amend, cancel, or terminate any promotion or bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already in active use by a player.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

777hd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where any of the following conditions are identified:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age restriction violations, duplicate account creation, use of automated tools, or fraudulent payment activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by 777hd.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any activity that 777hd reasonably believes may be unlawful or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 777hd support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Upon account closure for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on file. If wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with the findings.

8. Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers, and Governing Law

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777hd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 777hd platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 777hd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 777hd's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8.2 Platform Availability Disclaimer

777hd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, and factors outside 777hd's control (including internet service provider restrictions in Bangladesh) may result in temporary unavailability. 777hd will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but cannot guarantee specific uptime levels.

8.3 Changes to Terms and Services

777hd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform or these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the platform. Continued use of 777hd after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.
